TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document defines the legal relationship upon purchase between the visitor of the iCosmetics.eu online shop (the Buyer) and the manager of Hairlace OÜ reg. 12687231 (the Seller). By placing an order in the online shop and making a payment, the Buyer confirms to have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the order.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES
The customer can view the product photos and descriptions in the online shop. Please contact our online shop customer support for any extra information you might need before the purchase. All prices are shown in Euros and include 20% VAT tax. The seller reserves the right to unilaterally change these terms and the prices of products. Pricing changes will take effect from the moment information is posted on the iCosmetics.eu web site. If the Buyer places an order before the change of price takes effect, the price indicated on the order confirmation at the time of placing the order will apply.

HOW TO USE A DISCOUNT COUPON
How to use a coupon? You have received a promotional coupon to be used in our online shop. Some tips for using your coupon:
1. Add the products to the cart.
2. Open your “Shopping Cart” from the top right to see the contents of your shopping.
3. Enter and confirm the coupon code on the shopping cart page in the “Insert Promo code”. The discount is automatically deducted from the sales price of the products.

DELIVERY
The time of delivery in the Republic of Estonia is 1-2 working days. All products are available in our showroom in Tartu mnt. 39, Tallinn 10128, Estonia.

CONFIRMING AND PAYING THE ORDER
Once the Buyer is confident that the product is suitable, the Buyer can add the product in the shopping cart and place the order clicking “Confirm order”. Once the Buyer completes the order form, they will receive an automated order confirmation and invoice on their email and are forwarded to the payment options.

The Buyers order is considered as tender which is regulated by the law of obligations. The Seller does not have to notify the Buyer of their acceptance of the order. The contract of the sale is considered completed once the Seller has received the payment and has begun to fill the order.

RETURNS
The Buyer has the right to exchange the products or to get a refund. In order to exercise the right for a refund the product packaging must not be opened. The Seller will only accept the returned products in their unused state in the original packaging.

To return the products an application and a copy of the invoice must be sent to sale@iCosmetics.eu within 14 days of receiving the purchase. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order before the making payment. This should be communicated by writing an application to sale@iCosmetics.eu.

The goods are to be returned at the Buyer’s own expense. The initial transportation cost will not be refunded unless the returned goods did not comply with the order of the Buyer. The Buyer is to return the goods as soon as possible but not later than in 14 days. If the goods do not comply with the order, the shipping costs of the first return and exchange of products is paid by the Seller. The Buyer will bear the shipping costs for each subsequent exchange. Payments are refunded as soon as possible but no later than 30 days.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Neither party is liable to the other party nor their conduct, including delays and failure to fill obligations which in case of Force majeure are not considered a breach of conditions. In this case, the Seller will use their best efforts to resolve the matter as soon as possible.

In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the Buyer and Seller are guided by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and other acts regulating relations between parties. Disputes and arguments arising from the fulfilment of these terms and conditions are resolved in good faith by negotiating. If disputes cannot be solved in negotiations, the Buyer and the Seller have the right to turn to the Consumer Protection or to the court.
